Tetakawi-Approved Local Vendors and Service Providers

Our Purchasing team maintains a master database of vendors and suppliers to offer competitive prices on products and services. Local suppliers and service providers are carefully selected to meet Tetakawi’s approved vendor requirements as well as the Mexican Fiscal Requirements for purposes of recovering the value-added tax (VAT). Our vendors and suppliers are regularly evaluated for performance based on your feedback, and our Purchasing team facilitates resolution of any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

 

Convenient Vendor and Service Provider Database

As a Tetakawi client, you gain access to an interactive portal that is linked to our custom master database for purchasing MRO supplies and services. Our Purchasing team negotiates with vendors to obtain volume pricing, payment terms, and delivery terms, and updates the vendor and supplier list with the most current information for optimal purchasing decisions. Your purchasing history is also stored in the system to facilitate easy purchases in the future.

 

MRO Purchase Requisition Processing

When a purchase requisition is submitted, purchase orders are placed with vendors, and our Purchasing team performs a three-way match with the vendor invoice, your proof of delivery, and accounts payable.

 

Cost Savings and Analysis Services

As an added value, our Purchasing team can provide activity reports and assist in analysis of those reports to help you implement cost savings measures for future purchases.
