Why This Path Is Shorter
Going alone in Mexico adds steps: incorporate a legal entity, find or build a plant, secure permits, negotiate a union agreement, and set up HR, payroll, and customs from scratch. That path typically takes 8 to 18 months, and its costly surprises hide in the steps you find out about late.
On a Campus, Tetakawi has already done those steps or runs them for you. The months a standalone launch spends building its environment, you spend building product.

Your team sets up production. Ours recruits the roles you define, readies the building, and enrolls you in the programs already running.

Launch, Then Grow
Production begins in as little as 30 days for a well-prepared operation, and within three to six months for most.

Your Class A building is standing, powered, and secured, move-in ready or adapted to your process, with Tetakawi’s facilities and maintenance teams already on site.

Tetakawi is already recruiting, hiring, and running payroll on every Campus, along with on-site medical services and worker transportation, so hiring starts the moment you sign, not months later.
Logistics
Tetakawi already holds the Mexican import and export registrations your freight moves under, including certifications a new operation would spend years earning, so your first shipment moves on day one.
Compliance
You operate under Tetakawi’s IMMEX shelter program, without forming your own Mexican company, so the permits, filings, and environmental programs that stall a standalone launch are current before you arrive.
