Learn our story, leadership, and mission shaping manufacturing in Mexico.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to help companies, their people, and the communities around them reach their potential in Mexico. We create environments where manufacturers operate reliably, careers take root, and communities grow alongside industry.
We invest in health, inclusion, and opportunity so the people behind production can build careers, not just hold jobs.
We align education and industry to develop talent pipelines that support workforce stability and long-term growth.
We operate with discipline, supporting environmental responsibility and community well-being alongside industrial growth.
Workforce development is built directly into our Manufacturing Campuses. Through CEFTA, our training center in Guaymas, and partnerships like CONALEP, Mexico’s technical college system, in Saltillo, we align technical education with real production environments. These programs provide specialized training in areas such as precision machining while creating clear pathways from classroom to career. By strengthening local talent pipelines, we reduce reliance on external recruitment and support long-term regional competitiveness for both manufacturers and communities.
The CCTE program supports individuals with mobility challenges by providing training, workplace readiness, and independence skills. In regions where accessibility infrastructure may be limited, this program creates meaningful opportunities for participation in the local economy. Where possible, participants are connected to employment opportunities within Campus companies or the broader community. This initiative reflects our belief that strong manufacturing environments are inclusive and accessible to all.
Our Campuses integrate healthcare directly into the manufacturing environment. On-site medical services, preventive screenings, and mental health support programs help protect workforce continuity and overall well-being. During COVID-19, our Bella Vista Campus in Empalme became a vaccination center for employees and the wider community. These efforts reflect our role as a stable, responsive presence during both daily operations and critical moments.
Reliable operations depend on a stable workforce. Our Campuses provide transportation systems, childcare at select locations, and secure environments that support attendance, retention, and engagement. Amenities such as wellness facilities and on-site services help employees balance work and daily life. These systems are not additional benefits. They are essential infrastructure that keeps production consistent while supporting the people behind it.
Our Manufacturing Campuses are designed with long-term sustainability in mind. Initiatives include water treatment and desalination systems, recycling programs, and reforestation efforts. We also support community clean-up campaigns and environmental education. By managing resources responsibly, we help protect the regions where we operate while supporting continued industrial growth. Responsible manufacturing ensures long-term viability for both business and community.
At Tetakawi, community investment is built into how we operate, and it becomes part of how our clients operate too. Our Manufacturing Campuses create environments where people, businesses, and regions grow together, a way of manufacturing in Mexico you can stand behind.
